BILATERAL COORDINATION
Bilateral coordination refers to a person's ability to use both sides of their body simultaneously to do something. Many of kids lack this ability and develop lots of compensatory strategies in its place. With practice, the use of both sides of the body will become more natural. Here are some ideas on how to work on bilateral coordination at home with your kids.
